Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Delivery delays may occasionally occur(natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller's control). During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 4–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as there are available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages if products are sourced from different fulfillment partners. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Royal Whiskers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
